Sunday 5th December 2010 A beautiful farewell lunch at Highland Cottage was the setting for our parish farewell to Jaquetta. Fr Donald MacKay presented her with  a gift from us all and signed card. We chose 'Clean water for 25 families' and ' a pig', for the developing world, sponsored by SCIAF, and some cash to buy a tree or bush for Jaquetta's new garden.We will miss her support and love, dispensed unstintingly over the last fifty years.                              Pat Sands and Edward Watson                           Sarah MacSween and Sr Mary Jo MacCallum SND Sarah is Head Teacher of St Columba's RC Primary School in Oban  both were welcome guests from Oban.
